To make a proper assessment one of the first things we’ll do is collect information about your loved one's health status, care needs and current housing situation.
Consider budget and location
Nobody wants to outlive his or her money. We'll take into account your preferred location and search for communities that fit your lifestyle and your budget.
Identify care options
Depending on your care needs and social preferences we can help you decide whether assisted-living, memory care or a licensed board and care home makes more sense.
Research availability and rates
With your location preferences and budget in mind, we’ll conduct a search of elder care communities in the area and inform you about room availability, rates and services offered.
Schedule tours
We’ll arrange guided tours at prospective care communities at your convenience. Plus, unlike other senior living placement services, we'll accompany you during the tours to advocate on your behalf.
Assist with transition
To help ease the transition, we'll connect you with local moving companies as well as real estate, financial planning and legal professionals who specialize in the elder care industry.

Independent and Assisted Living
These types of facilities cater to seniors who prefer to live independently or may need limited help with activities of daily living (ADL’s). For an additional charge, these communities offer some care services a la carte such as medication management, wellness checks and bathing assistance. Offering a broad range of recreational and social activities, these facilities are a good choice for individuals who want to continue living an active senior lifestyle.
Memory and Dementia Care
Caring for a loved one with Alzheimer’s and other dementia related diseases can put an emotional toll on families, friends and caregivers. Our advisors can help you select a memory care community that can provide for your loved one in a secure setting. Residents may live in shared or private rooms and have structured activities delivered by staff members trained specifically on caring for seniors with cognitive impairment.
Licensed 6-Bed Board and Care Homes
Located in suburban neighborhoods, these types of communities provide the most "home-like" atmosphere. Most of these care homes have capacity for six (6) residents and some offer dementia care and accept residents on hospice. Licensed board and care homes usually offer medication management and bathing assistance as part of their basic services. These communities can generally offer more hands-on care due to higher caregiver-to-resident ratios.

Sol Vista / Lee was highly referred to me from a neighbor when we needed assistance in finding care for our mom who recently had a stroke. Lee was friendly, prompt and informative. Lee is a caring man with a great deal of integrity. In making an honest assessment of my father's situation he explained how his facility did not match my dad's needs. He then guided and mentored to help get to the proper care. He was always available to help and guide us. While we did not use his facility, I have great respect for Lee.

Lee and Blake were so helpful to me in finding a memory care facility for my loved one. They found facilities that were appropriate for my loved one's needs, set up the tour appointments, and also joined me on the tours which took a lot of pressure off during such a stressful time. They are both very professional and considerate and I definitely recommend their services to anyone in need of placing their loved one in a care home.

I used Lee to find a place for my mom a year ago. She is still in the residential care home. Lee was able to work with me within a short time window and arrange tours of smaller/residential facilities in and around Long Beach and Los Alamitos. I called some of the national referral companies that arrange tours of some larger facilities. For those larger companies they simply arrange a tour/appointment and you show up. Lee actually goes on the tour with you and helps you with what questions and services you should be looking for. I told Lee the price range of how much we wanted to spend (about $5,000 per month for own room and she requires a lot of hands on care) and he found 4-5 places to tour. He also showed me a home he runs in Seal Beach. It was beautiful but a little out of our price range but very competitive. I recently contacted him to get referrals for a larger place for my dad. He was very responsive and gave me a list of places to look at. I can’t convince my dad he needs to move into a facility at this time but I know when the times comes when my dad does need assistance, I will contact Lee.

Lee evaluated our situation and was able to find a perfect home for my loved one. He scheduled two visitations and I was sold on the first home visited. The transition was seamless as not only did he respond quickly to my inquiry, but the owner of the new home was responsive and assisted in expediting the move and welcoming my loved one into her new residence. We feel safe, cared for and now in a home where the residents' needs are a priority!

I needed to find a place in Orange County for my brother. Called Lee and made appointments for the next day. He was at the appointment before I arrived there “early”. Like that. He found great places for my bro. Within a week all arraignments were finished. I would go with him again if I had to find another senior assisted living.

While we were not able to place my dad at this Sol Vista property, we did have the pleasure of working with their representative, Lee. He was extremely professional, and respectful of my dad and my dad’s needs. Lee was very helpful and quickly found several housing options with caregivers/staff that spoke Tagalog, for us to tour. We were eventually able to find him a place to receive the care he needs.

Lee was great. It was immensely helpful to have someone knowledgeable to help guide us through the process of finding a facility for my dad. He worked quickly and set up the tours for us and accompanied us and asked questions I didn't know to ask. I felt that he truly cared and wanted what was best for my dad. He was very patient with me and helped me talk through the options to make a decision. I would definitely recommend him.

I used the service and was very pleased. Lee helped me locate a place that was appropriate for what we wanted for my Mother. He arranged visits with the homes and went with me to them. I liked having him there because he asked some questions I would not think of. It was nice to have someone with experience do some of the footwork for me. Taking care of a loved one is a lot of work and getting some help was appreciated. I would ask for his help again if she needs to move again.
